Responsibility: Initially special projects and program management for Senior BU leadership. Role evolved to GTM Partner Strategy for Azure, MSP, and CSP routes. Had in-direct reports.
Accomplishments:
- Drove overall GTM strategy of a joint SaaS solution between VMware and Azure, unlocking 7 additional international Markets. Cross-Functional leader who aligned Sales, Marketing, PnP and Product teams across both companies. Helped prioritize product backlog, allocate marketing budgets, built sales plays, and rolled out global programs for the field. All this led to a 1,152% growth in product usage over 17 months (17% MoM).
- Grew overall Azure Marketplace business by 800%, including the largest single deal in both company’s history.
- Managed the MSP/CSP partners for the BU, driving $3M ACV in pipeline in 3 months
